Recently, the National Railway Administration issued two batches of technical standards for the railway industry, including two standards: "Rolling Bearings and Motor Bearings for Locomotive" and "Technical Requirements for Railway Freight Inspection", as well as the first amendment to TB/T 3122-2019 "Acoustic Components for Railway Sound Barriers". The two standards released this time are the professional equipment technical standards for Locomotive and the professional transportation service standards for passenger and freight transportation. Both are revised standards and will be implemented from October 1, 2024. Locomotive motor bearings are key equipment that affects the safety of railway operations. Railway freight inspection is an important part of ensuring the safety of railway cargo transportation. The two standards provide technical basis for railway product design, manufacturing, inspection, application, and railway cargo transportation. It is of great significance to ensure the safety of railway operations and improve product quality.
A standard revision sheet released this time improves the waterproof performance of railway sound barrier acoustic components, the light transmittance requirements of organic synthetic transparent panels, the fatigue resistance performance, wind pressure resistance performance, and performance retention rate test methods of sound barrier acoustic components, increased the detection pressure value of the wind pressure resistance performance of vertical sound barrier acoustic components used in bridges and roadbeds, and the fatigue test load amplitude and loading method of plug-in metal sound barrier acoustic components, which are implemented from March 27, 2024.
In addition, since all the technical contents of the railway industry standard "Auxiliary Converter for Electric Multiple Units" (TB/T 3411-2015) have been incorporated into the national railway standard "Rail Transit Rolling Stock Conversion Equipment Locomotives and EMU Auxiliary Converters" ( GB/T 34575-2023), therefore this railway industry standard was abolished from March 27, 2024.
